Because of the stability of the Smith Machine, it is a convenient and safe fixture for heavy weights training. There are rubber belt hooks on the upper and lower ends of the Smith machine. You can use the elastic rope to personalize your training and adjust the weight for different needs. This fixture includes functions of the Smith machine, half rack, high tensile training machine, Body weight GTX, pull-up and other multi-functional equipment. It has a stable square body structure, sandbags with small hooks, smooth bearings, and multi-functional weightlifting rods.

I have spends a lot of money on gym memberships in the past. About 400$ yearly for many many years… But nowadays all gyms in my province are closed down due to Covid.
So here i am… I have just bought this Smith Machine in December 2020 for my new home gym. What a great machine !!
1st – the price is right
2nd – the quality is great (movements are very fluid)
3rd – well packaged & delivered in a wooden crate
4th – installation instrcutions are very clear and assembly is quite simple
5th – Smith machine looks great
6th – It comes with many addons for pullups, chinups, freestanding squats, triceps bars, hook for a punching bag and more
7th – It is way more verstile than a fixed bench press setup and you don’t need a spotter
I also bought the Atlas incline bench which is also of great quality and simple to assemble!
Not gonna lie, i should of bought this years ago because its way easier and quicker to workout at home. There is also less pressure on me considering i am no longer paying for gym memberships & there is not some ”huge 300lbs jacked up bodybuilber” waiting for me to finish my set ! My Shower is very clean and protein shakes are very cheap at my place. My wife loves this machine as well.
