For customers who purchase directly from our official website, we undertake to cover the shipping expenses for dispatching replacement parts during warranty period. For warranty claims arising from purchases made at distributor stores, we agree to cover the shipping costs for sending replacement parts to the distributor, with the exclusion of any expenses incurred for the distributor to ship to the customer.
