I waited a few weeks before writing this review to make sure everything was built and working as anticipated. I’m happy to say that it is and that the AL-179 Multi-functional Trainer is one solid, well-designed piece of exercise equipment. The cable system responds accurately and adjusting weights, levers and general positioning works with ease! Also thank you to the Altas Team for a smooth delivery and setup.
The quality of the structure is better than i expected. The amount of accessores give me so many options. Everything works as well as it should. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Atlas shipped my leg machine immediately and it was on my doorstep in less than a week (we live in northern Alberta). Assembly instructions were easy to follow. The quality is very impressive with a smooth rotational movement and also well thought out peg adjustments to make it very easy to adapt it to anyone’s preferences. Very happy with this new addition to our home gym!!
